Yeah, something needs to be done about these feral Thais wandering the streets. Who would raise a Thai from a pup and then just let them go wild and roam the streets 

When I first came here a truck would come around once a month and it would collect all the strays and problem dogs. In return the Thais were given plastic ware buckets etc.

Dogs destination: Vietnam.

 I make no moral point here but must say that in those days soi dogs weren’t a problem as they are today.
