Why the double standard? Do you refer to the tens of thousands of Russian visitors  as soldiers, and government officials?

How about the visitors from China,Singapore and South Korea? Many of the visitors from those countries are  active duty military, government security agents or in the military reserves.

Remember that anyone that assists, aids and abets a war crime or crime against humanity is also legally guilty of such. Their leader has international warrants out for his arrest on those charges. As IDF they are likely guilty of those charges. Were they on the run, trying to kill themselves due to guilt, like many IDF that hung themselves from trees or blew themselves up with grenades? Maybe send them straight to The Hague to give first hand evidence to the ICC if they don't hang themselves in captivity first.
