How is "working pro bono" more "productive" then prosecuting criminal offenders?

Everybody deserves a good defence. There are a lot of innocent people in prison.

  • 5555......it's a dig at the bigoted, racist Kirk brigade.   How do we know this is not DEI....is she really qualified or has the 'bar' been lowered to get more Asians to pass?

  • Oh great , more lawyers.

  • Maybe Kim Kardashian can hire her for some tutoring lessons

Please, for my education, pick out the lies.........

**Charlie Kirk has made multiple racially inflammatory remarks that critics cite as evidence of stochastic racism—where provocative rhetoric incites unpredictable acts of racial hostility.** These include comments invoking racial stereotypes, promoting replacement theory narratives, and framing racialized fear as political discourse.

---

### 🔍 Summary of Racist-Like Statements Attributed to Charlie Kirk

**1. “Prowling Blacks” comment**
- Kirk reportedly used the phrase “prowling Blacks” in a discussion about urban crime, which critics say racializes criminality and reinforces harmful stereotypes.

**2. “Great Replacement” rhetoric**
- He has echoed themes from the “Great Replacement” conspiracy theory, suggesting that immigration and demographic shifts are part of a deliberate strategy to “replace” white Americans. This narrative is widely condemned as racist and linked to extremist violence.

**3. Remarks about Black pilots**
- Kirk made a controversial statement questioning the competence of Black pilots, implying that diversity efforts compromise safety. This was widely criticized as racist and undermining professional merit based on race.

**4. Framing racial discourse as political strategy**
- His speeches often blur the line between policy critique and racial provocation. For example, he has described multiculturalism and immigration as threats to “Western civilization,” a framing that racializes national identity.

**5. Use of racialized fear in political mobilization**
- Kirk’s rhetoric frequently invokes fear of racialized “others” in discussions about crime, education, and voting, which watchdogs argue contributes to a climate of stochastic racism—where inflammatory speech primes audiences for racially motivated hostility.

Stochastic racism refers to the use of coded or inflammatory language that increases the likelihood of racist acts without directly inciting them. Kirk’s repeated use of racially charged language—especially in high-profile platforms—fits this pattern:

- **Amplification without direct incitement**: His statements don’t explicitly call for violence but normalize racial suspicion.
- **Audience targeting**: His rhetoric is often aimed at politically mobilizing young conservatives, a demographic shown to be susceptible to radicalization via racial grievance narratives.
- **Repetition and framing**: By repeatedly framing racial diversity as a threat, Kirk contributes to a feedback loop of racialized fear and resentment.

I have all the sources that reference these, but don't be so weak as to say you deny all the above unless you see them.

Are there, how do you know that?     Doesn't everyone get a lawyer even if they cannot afford one?    There are lots of guilty people in prison thanks to competent prosecutors.
