 This is crazy ,Guess how many times this foreign national got due process while  entered the US 4x illegally !  He went to 2 immigrations hearing after being caught several times.

 

March 6, 2001: After his initial illegal entry, he was issued a Notice to Appear (NTA) before a Department of Justice immigration judge, initiating formal removal proceedings.

 

March 18, 2002: He appeared for an immigration hearing, where the judge ordered his removal to El Salvador. As a result of him coming back to the states again& again,  going unnoticed for many  years,he was captured again  and deported Nov. 3rd,2025.
