Just looking at purchasing a dog kennel mainly as have  2 labradors that are wanting to stay outside and have already eaten the sofa and chairs
Wanting something that will stop mosquito bites and these can have a ac or fan  fitted

Anyone bought something similar?

There's sellers there that can custom build.....

Don't pay until after you've inspected and satisfied.....

If you have neighbours you should keep them inside unless you can be sure they won't bark at night.

 

Some years ago when living elsewhere we had a neighbour whose dogs barked at night, he did nothing about it until I knocked him up a twice in the small hours for two days running.

No neighbours nearby as we are just building a new house and for now its all open

I know what you mean our current house we have dogs sh7t and bark outside and nobody does anything apart from me when they are out the sh7t seems to get brushed back to their gate .

Just add on to present house, something for the dogs, though tall enough to use as storage, if and when in future you may no longer have dogs.

 

Depending where you live, on North side of house, keep out of sun, or West side, if live a bit further north, so maybe retain some residual daytime heat for cool season.  Could always plant some foliage if too much sun.  

 

Could vent AC in from adjacent room of main house, along with electric & water if wanting.

Yes i had thought about this but prefer to have it separate as the house is 95% finished and have a great place to put a kennel with electric point next to it.
