This could easily have resulted in serious injuries or death - there's no 'being a drama queen' about that - the incident is serious - I'm not sure why you'd want to play it down in the manner you have or attack those who recognise that this is serious.

 

Similar happened to 'BritManToo' - he was deliberately shunted into at traffic lights - and he was seriously injured.

 

Imagine if there were a toddler or an old lady on the side of the road with a motorcycle shunted into them a 40kmh.

The driver deserves to have his car permanently impounded, to permanently lose his license, to be jailed for 5 years, and to pay a fine into the millions of baht to the family of the injured. There has to be a deterrent or this kind of nonsense will just continue.

If you wish to post comments that highlight your enjoyment that victims of road-rage are getting hurt - be sufficiently thick skinned to handle the responses without getting bent out of shape.

It doesn't appear the car driver was trying to kill himself. More accurately he was using his car as a weapon and trying to kill others. A murder attempt and not in the least amusing.

Yep, same game, higher speed, and I wasn't his girlfriend, and he didn't stop.

But police and ambulance were there when I regained consciousness.

I do see evidence of stupidity because a double yellow line was crossed, an attempt to pass unsafely was made  on a busy congested road and the automobile was driving too fast.  Negligence and recklessness.

Road rage is usually at worst one person making a foolish (and trivial) mistake, and another person flying into a murderous rage. Clearly in the OP video, we see one person on a m/c desperately trying to avoid a car driver in a murderous rage.

Most women are murdered by men they know and have had relationships with.

Because someone writes something on a video posted to social media does not make it a fact.

The video does not show the motorbike and automobile drivers in a dispute prior to the collision does it? No it does not.

The video does show the auto driver having a hissy fit after the collision. 

 

Correct the perceptual disorder please. Please  identify the  time stamp of the video where you see the intentional collision of the automobile and the motorbike.  The automobile is braking at  0.17 before it changes lanes. The video is blurred. At 0.19, it looks like the motorbike was brushed on the side and not fully hit from behind. Did you see the vehicle intentionally  drive into the motorbike? If so where?

 

Do you always accept the statements made in vehicular incident videos verbatim? As I wrote, maybe there was a road rage, but it was not evident in the  video. The  auto driver shouting after the collision wasn't really road rage. It is not uncommon after a collision.  I acknowledge that the driver was  reckless and negligent, which is serious. However, you would be hard pressed to make a case for road rage based on the video.

It's a bit hard to tell because it's obscured.

It almost looks like the car deliberately veered toward the left to hit the scooter.

But hard to tell for sure.
