Last month the change in policy had not been announced. I suggest you go back and ask. As for the exemptions if you read it correctltly these are the exemptions already in place vis a vis no restricted hours which includes Buddhist holidays e.g. airports are still 24/7.

I stand by my statements as they've been discussing this for a while. It didn't just appear.  I guess reading isnt your strong suit.  Youll find out soon enough.
