Are the test strips worth buying?

Featured Replies

Just looking at purchasing test strips

Are these going to be any use as heard mixed reviews

Seems expensive to me for some ph testing strips. ?

Dip one in vinegar to see if it changes color.

Keep in a cool place as heat effects them. Ok for basic use. I prefer reagents and they are also effected by heat.

Are they sold on shopee/lazada?

Buy the cheap ones and test them yourself.   vinegar and bleach for the 2 ends of the scale.

Pee strips  😀

as I remember you had to start peeing before putting the strip in the flow to get a reading then wait about 5 mins for the colour to stabilise  ..... way back then tested 5 times a day.

I don't find a problem pricking my finger 2x a day, also prick my belly 2x day with Insulin for many years
