Thai Digital Arrival Card?

Featured Replies

A friend of mine is coming from America to Thailand and plans to stay about 50 days starting on Jan 16.. He says that he needs a digital arrival card. I never heard of that. I thought that currently Americans can get a visa on arrival for up to 60 days. Is there such a thing as a Thai Digital Arrival Card?

TDAC is the card you used to fill out on arrival

The arrivals card that used to be placed in your passport .

Its all done online now .

Nothing to do with any visa

They are two separate things

The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) - it replaces the handwritten TM6 card that we used to fill in (either on the arriving flight shortly before landing or after landing).

Here is the link https://tdac.immigration.go.th/arrival-card/#/home

The TDAC can be filled out up to a maximum of 3 days before arrival.

There's a pinned topic in this forum literally a few cm from where you clicked "Start New Topic".

Everyone has to do one. Can only be done from 72 hours before your arrival.

There is even a pinned TDAC thread.

Has been many threads.

BTW: He does not get visa on arrival.

He enters visa exempt.

The airline at departure may/will require onward flight within 60 days

OP has clarification to simple question.
