SKY NEWS Australia, just put The Australian Brand of systemic progressiveness on the spin cycle, post Bondi .

"We must overturn three or so decades of immigration policy where we have imported hatred into Australia that have no place here, or anywhere.”

Sky News Australia just put  the Albanese  govt progressive policies in the wake of the Bondi Beach terrorist attack in the spin cycle ,exposing  years of weak immigration controls, open borders, timid response to  rising antisemitism and radical extremism .. Sky exposed the failures of leftist leadership , as the PM goes to the lefts infamous gun control initiatives again, while skirting the hatred it has imported.

John Howard won 4 elections with tough border policies. You need to research topics better rather than saying negative things about Sky News.

Peter Dutton was an awful candidate. You seem to know nothing about Oz politics. Stick to Trump hate.

Well, you've demonstrated that clearly by not pointing out one error that I've made.

Millions of aussies want tougher immigration. You don't know what you are talking about as per usual and everytime I prove you wrong you report me. You need to grow up and do better research. You are not at school anymore.

significant majority of Australians want tougher immigration policies, with recent polling indicating widespread concern over the current level of net overseas migration. A poll conducted by Brand Central found that 55% of voters believe Australia’s current net migration rate of 316,000 is too high, while only 24% think the Albanese government is managing the issue in a planned and managed way. Another Resolve poll published in October 2025 showed that 58% of Australians supported cutting immigration numbers, with just 15% opposing such a reduction. This sentiment spans across all ages, genders, and political affiliations, including support from voters who typically align with the Greens.

Many international far  leftist won't call out the extremism ,  because they are are sympathetic to their cause, insane isn't it?

Murdoch/Sky didn't pull any triggers, the perps were the attackers with *reported extremist motivations. Blaming media ownership is a common deflection with the farleft, but it doesn't excuse valid suspicions , about the OZ  policy failures across governments, alike have shaped immigration over decades.

Google ai overview:

*He made the statement in December 2025, in the context of the Sydney Bondi Beach terrorist attack, which occurred during a Hanukkah celebration. Albanese stated that the two attackers were a father and son who acted alone and were motivated by an "extremist, antisemitic ideology" that was an extreme perversion of the Islamic faith. The attack resulted in 16 deaths and many injuries.

Yeah its a gaslighting technique that lefties use. Sky News is just reporting the truth backed up by recent polls.

Yep insane. Attacks Murdoch not the terrorists. Then runs away when proven wrong.

Just three decades worth? Why not go the whole hog to 1788, when the First Fleet arrived in New South Wales? Or are you being ethnically selective?

Stupid comment. People are dead from 1788.

You just don't get it. The headline of riclag's post was that Sky News was slamming immigration policy? When hasn't Sky News slammed Labor and its policies?

The topic is about immigration not Sky News. You just don't get it as per usual.

More recent data indicates a sharp increase in Victoria, where the crime rate rose to 8,691.6 offences per 100,000 people in 2024, marking a 13.2% increase from 2023. This was driven by a 15.7% rise in total criminal offences, with theft from motor vehicles and family violence being key contributing factors.

Crime is up!

Australia's crime rate has shown recent increases, with a 3.74% rise in reported crimes from 2023 to 2024, totaling 582,301 theft cases and 236,257 assault-related offences in 2024 alone

Watch Bolt tear into the lies and evasions post Bondi, "this is our October 7", imported extremism turned terror attack because politicians ignored the warnings, its a spot on reinforcement of the systemic progressivism weak appeasement .

Sky News, where Hitler is the hero.

All Australian Jews should emigrate to the USA where they retain their god given rights to arm themselves.

Misleading title of thread as its about SKY NEWS Australia and not Sky News, two completely different companies and agendas.
