Two comedians, KC King and Jonathan Samson, were reportedly assaulted in Bangkok on December 17 in incidents linked to a long-standing feud with former comedy club owner Alejandro “Lex” Morales. KC King claims Morales confronted him over a 1,000 baht debt he thought was cleared after performing at Morales’ venue for free. Morales allegedly refused a bank transfer offer and demanded cash, leading to an altercation where Morales reportedly struck King, causing concussion symptoms.

 

The feud escalated when Morales allegedly attacked Jonathan Samson at his comedy club later that night. Samson's injuries included multiple bone fractures in one finger. Samson shared that Morales’ actions seemed premeditated, rooted in past business conflicts. He previously opted to compete rather than legally challenge Morales over a non-compete violation. Samson alleges that Morales blamed him for the failure of his club, fueling the grudge.

 

Businessman Chris Cooke supported their claims, recounting his negative experiences with Morales, who he said mistreated him after he stopped financial support. Cooke also accused Morales of fraudulent activities and failing to return borrowed items. No formal statements have been issued by authorities or Morales regarding these events, reported The Thaiger.
