TDAC - Proof of Address?

Featured Replies

My mother flies out from the UK on Jan 1, she will be using visa exempt and staying at our home in Pattaya. When she fills in the TDAC, will she also need show anything like a letter of invitation, my wife's house book, ID, etc?

No.

Just write your address on the form.

Will she be applying for an extension or is the stay under 60 days

Thanks Jack. She will be staying 60 days or less so won't be applying for an extension.

In that case (just my advice) I wouldn't even do a TM30.

Make mum aware to have her return flight available for airline check in.

Most likely same airline so they will have that info

Things bit touchy in Thailand immigration re multiple visa exempt entries. Many folk spending many months in Thailand on visa exempt entry.

She will not need it however there is a requirement of have 20k baht or equivalent in foreign currency.

Won't be asked for but in your shoes I would have my mum include that
