How do I get rid of these annoying VOOM messages in Line?

Featured Replies

Line is a <deleted expletive> applcation anyway but unfortunately popular here and other parts of SE Asia. I get VOOM messages every day (without ever requesteing them) sometime bleeping me in the middle of the night with the phone by my bedside

Was thinking much the same thing. Receiving a load of provocative schoolgirl type videos. It's ridiculous. I guess you need to hit Report on each and every one.

Everytime I get rid of one, another appears.

I have never seen a voom message, for the simple reason that Voom is disabled on my Line.

Sounds like my Facebook reels strip - trying to learn Thai from them but I keep getting clips of hookers in Pattaya. Don't know if I can get that with Grab😄

That would be wonderful if I could do that but I have looked and can't find an "off" button. I would be more than pleased if you could tell me how it's done

At night, I'd recommend you put your mobile on "flight mode" (or "airplane mode"). Not very healthy to keep an active phone next to your head...

Well then it can't be very healthy keeping an active phone in your pocket, next to your testicles, but we all do it, and for hour and hours on end. 🙂

Mmm, could that possibly be the cause of a big rise in prostate cancer????

NO we do NOT all do it!

Just because you are stupid enough to do something idiotic does NOT mean the rest of the world are such idiots and do as you do!

Well of course you've never put a mobile phone in your pocket. 😂

Where do you keep your phone, in a man bag, slung across your chest, right next to your heart. 😂

You really should keep your phone in you pocket. After all, you have very little to worry about keeping it there. 😂

Correct for once in your life on this forum at least!

Sorry I don't do it !

My phones are either in my briefcase (formal) or in my backpack (casual).

BTW, Telecoms are my industry for the last 25 years...
