You're kidding. The front on vision shows it and in the the cellphone vision you can hear it and sort of see it. Not difficult to work out what happened. As for hundreds of videos how about posting some of the ones that show him not being hit. As it is I only know of three videos out there not hundreds so I'd like to see more. Please post them to support your claim.

22+ pages later, despite all the MAGA efforts to portray it otherwise, it remains as it was, and always will be, murder. Each new video release just makes it more clear. The ICE agent murdered the woman in cold-blood. No, his life was not in danger at any time. The woman was unarmed and posed no threat. If her car was blocking traffic, that is a job for the Minneapolis traffic police to handle, trained for that duty, not an ICE agent.

The most damning video evidence, and thank god it exists, shows the agent, standing by the side of the car, shooting the woman at point blank range. No matter how you try to spin it, if you are standing by the side of a car you are in no danger of being run down. If there had been a danger, it was no longer there and there was no need to continue shooting. The agent needs to be arrested and locked up pending his trial for murder.

Hopefully, the wide-spread nationwide outrage will at least result in much needed changes to the ICE out-of-control process of finding and detaining persons suspected of being in the US illegally. This process should start with a change in the combat military type uniforms being worn, facial masks eliminated, and the open display of combat weapons prohibited. Their training needs to be focused on their narrow charge of immigration-based duties. They are not local police, nor are they the National Guard.

Terrorism is the inflicting of terror upon a group of people, and many Americans at this point would say that ICE has been engaging in a form of domestic terrorism. They are certainly giving a bad name to law enforcement in general. And they're certainly making Trump look like a wannabe autocrat or dictator. Which he is aspiring towards, no doubt.

Oh, dear...........

This latest video footage shows her putting the car in reverse, backing up a few feet, taking the car outside of reverse, at that time the agent who shot her has already drawn his gun while he's under no threat whatsoever, and as she starts accelerating forward she doesn't even come close to hitting him as he backs out of the way, and then he fires a shot that kills her.

This is domestic terrorism in the most pure and absolute form, and this has nothing to do with an ICE agent defending himself ( regardless of how Trump and Noem describe it, and in the process make themselves look completely ridiculous, and strip themselves of any form of credibility) this is just a guy who's pumped up on adrenaline and ready for action and he decides that a mother driving a van needs to be shot.

Things are slipping very badly in America and at this rate we are moving quickly towards well justified anarchy.

I'm not happy about it, I think it's a tragedy, one woman dead and countless lives ruined. I think it's you that are loving it, going on about how her death will benefit the left's chances in the midterms.

During the 20 years that Clinton, Obama and Biden were in office I was continually critical of their policies. Just look back at some of my posts when Obama and Biden were in power. I was not a big fan of Obama for many of the years that he was president and my posts reflect that. As a centrist democrat I criticized a lot of his policies.

I see so little of that coming from Republicans these days, to point where their absolute fealty is actually quite frightening. Most just can't handle critique of Trump, they immediately clam up, get defensive and start making it personal. Instead of behaving like rational intellectuals and debating policy they just start throwing out nonsense, accusations that I've never criticized my own party, or that I get paid to be critical of Trump. That is not only ridiculous, it is inane. I wish somebody would offer to pay me to criticize Trump. I would spend my whole day doing it.

Criticism and open mindedness is what independent thinkers engage in, and it sets them apart from dogmatic subjects of a wannabe king. I invite you to reflect on that for just a moment.

With many people, once they got attached to a theory, it was hard to get them detached. They’d screen out unhelpful facts, invent favorable ones, and ignore contradictions in their own claims. Look at those Sandy Hook, multiple fraud convictions, and Jan. 6th truthers, babbling about false flags and crisis actors and all the rest. When people were motivated enough to believe something, they were going to believe it no matter what. There was no such thing as a bridge too far.

We now know the killer was using his phone to video his victim before he shot her in the face multiple times.

Why was he using his phone to video his victim?

What impact does using a phone to record video footage have on the killer’s situational awareness?

Was he distracted by his videoing activities?

Did he step in front of the vehicle to obtain a viewing angle he desired or was he even aware of the spacial relationship between himself and the vehicle?

Was he sufficiently foccused on his interaction with his victim or was he zoned into producing a TikTok moment?

What do ICE operating practices and procedures say about using a phone to make videos when interacting with members of the public?

Are there reasonable grounds to demonstrate the Agent was negligent, concerned more with his video making than the life of the mother he was about to shoot in the face?

Did the Agent’s use of the phone to shoot a video create a situation in which he was unable to react earlier to avoid any risk to himself or to the life of his victim?
