The video shows her breaking the law by blocking the road. Also by refusing to obey a legal order from law enforcement. Also by reversing AWAY from the officer at the door, putting his safety in danger. THEN driving forward, putting the second officer in danger.

She had no right to "try to get away". Doing so, she put herself in danger. All she had to do was stop. As she was legally obligated to do.

Easing away from ‘ramming the agent’ I see.

Terrified of the masked men? What do you figure she expected as a member of ICE-Watch who was there specifically to interfere with ICE activities? And it's astounding to me that the same lefties tha

If they're trying to run them down with their SUV, it's justified. Regrettable, but that's what happens when you play stupid games.

  • The video is evidence enough that she was murdered in cold blood.

Did I ever say "ramming the agent"? Don't think so. But since it is your claim, I am sure you can find it.

We have all obviously seen the video it’s obvious the soccer mom was terrified of masked men accosting her she tried to flee….its still shocking to me to see trump, knom and Vance just get up there and straight up lie to our faces……we effing saw what happened…….this bodes ill for our future im deeply concerned.

You are part of the problem taking a sad event and making it into a political cause celebre. Describing the deceased as a soccer mom is a nice way of directing attention from what she was: A very vocal political activist.

It was her right to be engaged in social causes and it was her right to be vocal. However, her wife now is taking responsibility for the tragedy blaming herself for"making" the deceased come to the ICE interference actions. Obviously, it is said in grief, but it is telling. The deceased was not some innocent bystander, but an active involved person trying to obstruct a lawful action. That does not mean she should be shot, but it does mean that she isn't some non involved passerby. FAFO.

Soccer mom and very vocal political activist are not mutually exclusive.

But you have the entire Trump administration as well a a large segment of the media telling you that what we viewed on the video at multiple angles wasn't was what happened. According to Trump and Friends, the woman "ran over" the officer. The guy placed himself in front of her car, and when she reversed and then TURNED away from the ICE agent, he had time to draw his gun, aim, and fire off multiple shots. Honestly, in that amount of time he could have simple stepped back out of the way. She could have been apprehended at a later time. US cops are cowboys and shooting of civilians happens way too often. Why? Because 99.99% of the time, the cops will get away with murder.

I'm going to use the same logic here. If a ICE protestor places themselves in front of a ICE vehicle, and the ICE agent drives the vehicle into the protestor, then it is attempted murder with a vehicle and domestic terrorism, and the protestor is within their rights to pull out a gun and shoot the ICE agent? I'm thinking so.

I'm not particularly going to defend the woman. If I was in the same situation, I'd place my hands on the steering wheel in plain sight, "Ok I'm exiting the vehicle sir, I am not resisting arrest, what would you like me to do?" I realized many years ago that US cops are genocidal and twitchy. And I'm not defending the ICE agent. In my book the shooting was 100% unnecessary and I don't care how many times Vance, Nome, and Trump tell me that the ICE agent was run over - HE WAS NOT. He could have stepped away. Of course again, I wouldn't be protesting ICE actions. I'm not a fan of illegal immigration and ICE unfortunately is the response to illegality.

Btw - it should be no surprise when I say that the current freak-show that the US government has become under both Democrat and Republican rule, isn't a country where I wish to live any longer. Cops can shoot you on a whim and legally get away with it. The shooting of the woman was murder.
