OK. Only forbidden from co-operating with ICE, which by strange coincidence is the topic of the discussion. I think you knew that though.

The poor woman was executed. Zero threat to the LEO who deliberately stepped in front of the car which was turning away and shot the driver. I wouldn't go ra-ra over this whatever your political lean

  • She was a woman , I'm not privy to her economic status. That being said, she's also a far left radical extremists. Im not radicalized/stupid enough to purposely put my car in a position to intention

It doesn't matter if she was a convicted axe-murderer. This wasn't why she was shot dead. Plenty of footage shows that, yes, she disobeyed LEO command to stop and was turning the car onto the road in

That's some weak backpedalling right there. The FBI are investigating this crime, but you knew that.

This comes as no surprise at all. In fact, it's patently obvious. ICE seems mainly to consist of people who couldn't hack it in the military or police. Many of them are probably former (or current) members of white supremacy groups.

'ICE shooting comes after bombshell probe finds new recruits 'can barely read or write''

https://www.rawstory.com/ice-shooting-2674862836/

"A deadly shooting in Minneapolis at the hands of a federal immigration officer comes weeks after a bombshell report on President Donald Trump's desperate drive to rush 10,000 deportation officers onto the payroll by the end of 2025.

The explosive Daily Mail report found that the administration's $50,000 signing bonus attracted droves of unqualified recruits — high school grads who can "barely read or write," overweight candidates with doctor's notes saying they're unfit, and even applicants with pending criminal charges.

The report exposed how Immigration and Customs Enforcement took a blowtorch to hiring standards, with one Department of Homeland Security official blasting: "We have people failing open-book tests and we have folks that can barely read or write English.""

Again with the unarmed bit. She turned her car into a weapon the second she accelerated towards him. As for stepping in front of the vehicle he got out of his car on the passenger side of her car, went to the driver's side of her car via the front, walked back around to passenger side via the rear of her car and was proceeding back to the driver's side via the front of the car when she floored it and hit him.

Seems to be squirrels from the governor and mayor on this latest video. Also squirrels on here from those shouting murder and execution. It is now obvious she hit him with the car although IMO it's obvious from all three videos that have been released. I was going to say obvious to all but the blind but the thud is clearly audible as is the acceleration. She floored it and drove straight into him. She chose her actions and these choices led to her paying the ultimate cost.

If she had driven straight into him, the car would have run him over and gone straight on.

But it didn't . The car carried on its right turn trajectory crashing into another vehicle.

Meanwhile the Ice agent had neatly side stepped the vehicle, never losing his balance, and then shot twice more through the open driver's window.

It was murder.

Call it what you will, democrat rhetoric inflaming the situation. The ICE agent took appropriate action in response to a life threatening attack by a trained domestic terrorist who weaponized her vehicle and used it as a deadly weapon and neutralized the threat as all LE are trained to do in situations like this where their safety and the public's as well is under deadly assault. Maybe be these trained domestic terrorists will give extra thought now before trying to run over police with their vehicle.

We have an ICE officer who did not 'need' to shoot into the car - his reaction was clearly a huge over reaction.

Absolutely was not over reaction. She was armed with a 4,000 lb deadly weapon. The threat to the officer, his fellow officers, the general public and anyone and anything else potentially targeted by this domestic terrorist wielding her car as a deadly weapon. There's legal ruling, the precedent which provides a framework for defending such actions, and the totality-of-circumstances analysis, focusing on the officer's perspective in split-second decisions by the ICE agent. Until the terrorists vehicle quits moving, the threat posed still exists.

Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison said over the weekend that he wants to hold people accountable for the recent ICE actions whether it is before or after Trump leaves office.

Ex-lawyer and journalist Aaron Parnas interviewed Ellison, asking him if there's a statue of limitations on potential charges against the ICE agent who fired through a car's window and killed a mother.

Ellison confirmed there is no statute of limitations on a murder case.

"It's not over just because they say that," he added, noting that he will be charged when possible, either before or after Trump leaves the office.

maybe Ellison should be more concerned about the billions dollars of fraud that has been committed in MN which they conveniently, overlooked.

Ellison is impressive. He couldn't motivate himself to go after literally dozens of violent felons who have been apprehended by ICE, with no help from local law enforcement. But he rises from his stupor when it comes time to prosecute a questionable case.

There will be an investigation for sure. But those who so confidently call the ICE officer a murderer will be in for some disappointment. Clearly the necessary elements for murder are not present. A lesser charge? Quite possible.

New Video:

Is this what communists groups train their activists to do... dance insanely to their car horn while deliberately blocking federal ICE agents during an enforcement operation, potentially escalating to the point of using the vehicle as a weapon?

From the available evidence and reporting around Renee Good's incident, the answer leans heavily toward yes ,at least in the context of certain far left activist networks like ICE Watch (the group she was affiliated with), which train participants in tactics of monitoring, rapid response, obstruction, and resistance to immigration enforcement.

Her car is turning right away from the ICE official who shot her.

Look at the tyres and the trajectory of the vehicle after he shot her, the car is turning right

It's as clear as day in the Fox News video below

As has been said many times, that really doesn't matter. Her intention ,direction, where the wheels were pointing, are all pretty much irrelevant in assessing whether or not the ICE agent is guilty of any crime.

What is important, is his state of mind and what he honestly believed at the time of the shooting. IF he truly felt himself in danger, then the shooting was not criminal. It may still be against policy and he may be liable to administrative penalty, but not criminal. So all the Monday morning quarterbacking about the angle of the car, how fast it was going, where his left foot was pointed, whether he dropped the camera, where the bullets were fired from, all mean nothing in any criminal proceeding.

I doubt it, I think its embolden the communist tactic trained activists to double down on their disruptions, framing every confrontation as state violence to rally more recruits and intensify their resistance playbook , turning tragedies like this into fuel for the cause rather than a wakeup call.

For criminal charges, even if the Bondi-DoJ would empanel a grand jury and go for indictment, established case law is highly favorable to those making instantaneous life/death decisions.

For civil action:

The new test, as stated earlier, is that “government officials performing discretionary functions generally are shielded from liability for civil damages insofar as their conduct does not violate clearly established statutory or constitutional rights of which a reasonable person would have known.”

By applying the reasonable person standard, the Supreme Court established, for the first time, a purely objective standard to determine whether granting a government official qualified immunity was appropriate.

https://leb.fbi.gov/articles/legal-digest/legal-digest-qualified-immunity-how-it-protects-law-enforcement-officers

NB In applying the reasonable person standard, the object is to remove, in part, his 'state of mind'.

NB 2: The real liability here may lie not with the shooter but with the ICE/DHS supervision entity that may have allowed J. Ross to be on active duty following his dragging incident and should have still been on desk duty. This may explain why an otherwise experienced and well-trained officer made a rookie mistake by standing in front of the car.

Mayor Frey now says that Agent Ross was, in fact, hit by Good's car, but not injured seriously enough to say he was injured.

NPR saying, ridiculously, that Agent Ross was "pushed backwards" by the car, but wasn't hit. WTF?

Respected Senator Adam Schiff proclaimed that Good was not in any way involved in protests, and was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time...

And finally, ICE activity in Minneapolis has netted dozens of criminals and hard core bad guys, including those convicted of murder, crimes against children, rape, etc. THESE are the people that the protesters are defending...

Nexus of the crisis the far left created , It seems Blue States are sympathetic to criminal foreign nationals, communist trained activist, foreign national terrorist ,foreign national gangbanger terrorist, domestic terrorist ,all while turning a blind eye to the real threats they pose, creating a dangerous haven where ideology trumps law enforcement and public safety, as seen in Minnesota's response to the ICE crackdown ,where officials like Gov. Walz and Mayor Frey demand ICE's withdrawal amid protests funded by farleft groups, even as federal agents target criminal aliens and face obstruction from trained activists like Renee Good .

Maybe if he didn't have a gun in his hand, he might would have more time to assess the situation correctly. Her girlfriend was getting back in the car in so that they could leave. He drew his gun in order to stop them from leaving and then instinctively pulled the trigger as they tried to leave. There is no way he thought that she was trying to run him over. She reversed to make more space for the turn. He was too angry and could not control himself. A danger to himself and everyone else.

Some warriors/police(Jonathan R,) in my country never get over being dragged hundreds of feet by criminals ,while they attempt to apprehend them in a targeted opp. Foreign nationals like this were allowed to stay in Sanctuary. You posted many heinous criminals ICE are forced to arrest, because of radical systemic progressive initiatives.

Google ai overview

"Before the June 2025 incident, the foreign national had been arrested by local authorities in 2022, and ICE had lodged a detainer request at that time. However, local authorities did not honor the detainer request, and he was released from custody. This occurred in Minnesota under Governor Tim Walz".

Maybe so, but.... the Good's COULDN'T leave. Not legallly. Mrs Good (1) had been given a lawful order to get out of the car, four times. She had been sitting in the middle of the road for 3 minutes, blaring her car horn all the while. Mrs Good (2) had gotten out to film the encounter they were trying to instigate.

So, after sitting for so long, being approached by law enforcement, and ordered to exit, NOW she suddenly wants to leave? Sorry, the law doesn't work that way.

As for the Ice agent, he didn't draw his gun until the car started moving. There was no premeditation.

No, he probably got taken by surprise, and that's why he shot her dead even when his life was clearly in no danger. That was probably also why he called her a "f***ing b***h" while walking off and then driving away from an active crime scene, with the woman he shot bleeding out a few meters away.

He probably didn't even realise what had happened when he said it. I love it when armchair warriors try and analyse stuff that they have no real experience of. The ICE agent who shot her was dragged down the street by a vehicle a few months ago and received some nasty injuries, by the way.

7 hours ago, bannork said:

Her car is turning right away from the ICE official who shot her

The problem began (not to mention refusing to comply to numerous orders to exit the vehicle) as she pointed the wheels hard to the left and reversed the vehicle maybe 1 meter PLACING the ICE agent directly in the path of the vehicle now as he was off to the side while filming. That's the moment the domestic terrorist crossed to felonious assault status as she then accelerated immediately towards the ICE agent weaponizing her vehicle to deadly weapon status and based on her very bad judgement she was justifiably neutralized after being shot dead by the ICE agent whom had every reason to fear for his safety and those in immediate vicinity and elsewhere as the terrorist tried to strike the ICE agent and then take flight.

The point is that Renee Good committed an aggravated felony against the ICE Officer before he drew his weapon and fired his first shot.

IT DOES NOT MATTER WHETHER SHE ACTUALLY STRUCK HIM WITH HER VEHICLE.

As the jury instruction states in (United States v. Wallace) the assault is complete “if the defendant’s conduct places the officer in fear for his life or safety…”

case law link: https://case-law.vlex.com/vid/united-states-v-wallace-889832742

That means that when the ICE Officer fired his weapon, he was attempting to “seize” a fleeing felon. All uses of force — lethal and non-lethal — to immobilize a suspected criminal offender are “seizures.” The Fourth Amendment requires that seizures be “reasonable” in order to comply with the Fourth Amendment.

The girlfriend or wife of the terrorist will likely face charges for her role if she's found to be in violation of any of the following federal statutes.

  • Conspiracy (18 U.S.C. § 371): This covers agreements to commit a crime against the U.S., like obstructing a federal operation. If they conspired to interfere with the arrest or provoke a reaction, this could stick, with penalties up to 5 years in prison.

  • Obstruction of Justice (18 U.S.C. § 1505): Interfering with federal law enforcement duties, such as an immigration enforcement action. Her role in filming and allegedly directing Renee to the scene could be seen as aiding the obstruction, carrying up to 5 years.

  • Aiding and Abetting Assault on a Federal Officer (18 U.S.C. § 111 and § 2): If Renee's acceleration of the SUV toward the agent is deemed assault with a deadly weapon (the vehicle), and Rebecca encouraged or facilitated it, she could be liable as an accomplice. This is a felony with up to 20 years if serious injury occurred (the agent was reportedly dragged and injured).
