i seem to lost my tm6 card, how does one obtain a new one

Just making sure you aware that the TM6 has not been used for many years. If you entered before that, you would still have one technically. But it's not really asked for anymore despite most forms still have a TM6 field on them. Just leave it blank and they won't mention it.

going for a 1 year extension base on marriage, did it 3 year in arow already with the tm6 stuck to passport, but this year i seem to lost it along the way, must of fall off somewhere, i did not realized they don't use them anymore, so if i do another extension without the tm6, they would not ask for it and wouldn't be any problem.

It's actually possible they just removed it during your last extension and did not return it since it's retired now.

They pulled mine out and handed it to me, saying “Not needed anymore” 👍

Make sure your TM-30 is up to date

Mine fell out during a 90 day report, luckily I saw it and I stapled the tattered 15yr old one back in......

Which is very annoying when immigration staples a notice in the back of my passport... technically damaging it.

I agree, I notice now they are using paper clips, but last year 90 day reports were stapled in

It's what they do to mine, and it does say keep in PP, so I clip anything in, in case it disappears. My PP is full of staples, mainly from TM6, that they stapled in at borders........

Many years?

The TM6 was still in use at land borders till 30 April 2025.

Yep, up my way they were.......🤗

Stapled in my PP, IO rips it out on exit, IO staples in the new one on return..
