Clear Editor

Featured Replies

First up loving the upgrade changes to AseanNow.

There may be an issue with clear editor.

When there is for example a quote perhaps doubled in the post and you wish to remove it....

Previously you could Edit and the screen would have "clear editor"

That still appears however in an instant it vanishes.

Here is link showing example

Ive tried but am unable to reproduce what you describe, as the "clear editor" stays displayed.

All I can say is this seems to come about if youve entered content, but them didnt post it and navigated away and next time you try to post the previous content you added but didnt use appears.

In short, its because the previous entry wasnt used. posted it remains in the editor.

Why cant you use the delete function on quotes?

Easy enough to left-click the mouse cursor in the editor box, then press Ctrl+A to select all within the editor box and then hit the Delete key. Job done.

I've never noticed this "clear editor" thingy.
