What is Panthip Plaza3? :o

If you mean Panthip near Pratunam, then you should take bus number 511 or 60, both go to Panthip from Khaosan Road. :D

Or (faster and much more fun) take the Khlong Saen Sab canal boat from its terminus at Fort Mahakan, very close to KSR, and get off at its terminus at Pratunam, just around the corner from Panthip.

i would have thought someone staying in ksr and shopping at the panthip plaza couldnt afford the boat, probably cheaper getting one of the small green buses.
