Fantastic. Post your latest physique photos so that we can all be in awe and have something to aspire to.

I wonder whose body it will post pretending it is his, assuming he responds positively without using a single sentence putdown/insult.

Bovine is better. Go to the local kad and stock up on some kwai which has plenty of protein and creatine.

Youtubers talk it up. I bought tablets 2 weeks ago. Works great. Was surprised.

If you have only taken them for two weeks how do you know that they "works great"?

PS; The following is from the link you provided;

"If you have bipolar disorder, creatine may also increase your risk of mania.

Talk to a healthcare provider before taking creatine to ensure it’s safe for you."

PPS; Are you sure it is only two weeks you have been taking them?

I been eating Creatine powder (NOW brand) for past year or so, but not for any muscular benefit. Since I don't do any intense exercise, I wouldn't notice any benefit anyway. Do 1 tsp of 1.5 tsp RDA, as it is a supplement, and not my only source of.

Use for any mental / brain help in may provide. Keep thing sparking up there, not that I've noticed any improvement, though certainly not having any cognitive issues either. Hopefully will prevent any in the future. Harmless & cheap enough to take, whether helps or not.

I eat some food rich in Creatine, or not so rich, but not on a daily basis; salmon, beef, pork, chicken, cashews, tuna, shrimp, spinach. Hence the supplement, along with most med folks suggest, with none telling to avoid.

That would explain a lot on here. 😀

Not that I have noticed hahahahah

Only thing is it can cause a high creatinine score when you get a blood test checking kidney function. Happened to me. As far as I can tell it's a false positive and not an actual problem with the kidneys. After I stopped taking it for a few weeks my readings went back down to normal.

It is interesting that it has not responded with it's usual one sentence nonsense this time!
