Returning from Abroad/ 90 day Online

Featured Replies

First 90 day after return...

Can it now be done online? Is that option fixed now or do I need to go up to CW?

Thanks

PS my 90 day reports getting processed very quickly last few times 👍

No.

Consider mail option especially if dealing with CW.

Must be posted 15 days prior to due date.

If you go in person good idea to make appointment.

Note 90 reports are now down on level 3. Above the main immigration area

The first 90 day report after returning from abroad has to be done in person
You can try it online but you will most likely get this rejection notice

As @DrJack54 pointed out, consider the mail in option (if you have enough time left to postmark the packet 14 days before the due date)

You need copies of:
data page of your passport
current extension stamp
most recent entry stamp
TM30 receipt
previous 90 day report receipt

A filled out TM47 application for 90 day report
A self addressed stamped envelope (so they can send the 90 day receipt to you)

Send the packet Thai Post EMS tracked mail to this address

90 Days Report Section

Immigration Division 1 Government Complex Building B Floor 3

120 Moo 3, Chaengwattana Rd, Soi 7,

Thung Song Hong, Laksi, Bangkok 10210

Don't panic if it takes a while to get the 90 day receipt back right now it's taking almost 4-6 weeks..
AND
if by some chance you don't get it back before your next 90 day report is due, you can go to Chaengwattana, show the EMS confirmation of delivery and they'll accept that no issue and let you file a new 90 day right then

Thanks for that Tod. I will go up on MRT and do it. It's immediate and guaranteed

Has anything changed having moved the reporting area upstairs? Are new different numbers issued upside or none at all?

Many thanks 👍

You get the queue for the 90 day reporting upstairs in the 90 day report/TM30/cerificate of residence office on the 3rd floor

It can be MAD HOUSE in the mornings.. A friend was there at 10;30 and there were 189 people ahead of them in the queue

IF you can make an appt online, print the receipt (which IS your queue number) and then go 10 minutes before you will be in/out in minutes

Sadly it looks like everything is booked until the 23rd

Suggest since you are going in person make an appointment.

Show que desk print out of your appointment and have the TM47 filled in.

You will be seen quickly with appointment

I tried the first one online, it got rejected and I did not have time to go there until Friday same week. Of case that Friday they were closed. Had to wait until Monday, I calculated the days 97 was on Monday so I thought all was good. When I arrive they say I'm one day late, I tried everything, Showed online calulations from 97 days from my arrival date. but they count the day you arrive as day one even if its 5 minutes before midnight. had to pay 2,000 and get a big fat red stamp in the passport, I should not have gone there, I had to go to Singapore a few weeks later so again can not do Online... Very annoying especially since I have been living on the same Address to 10 years.
