Tell us what "proven" violation of the constitution was found against Trump, and what crime he should be arrested for

He should be arrested and tried for treason. He tried to subvert an election. He and his minions tried to prevent the legal transfer of power.

At the very least he should serve the rest of his life in prison, although another punishment would have been far more appropriate given the severity of his crimes.

  • Question for ya, what crime did Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor commit?

  • One country is a left wing, woke infested, white Christian and straight male hating failed state, so it's not really a valid comparison to whatever is happening in the US, except that it's all politic

How about doing your own homework, as I'm not your personal assistant.

You have the habit of asking that question to everyone who posts some FACTS about your master, which you don't want to see because you're blind to his criminal actions.

And yes some of his constitutional violations can be prosecuted criminally, because they resulted in violence and even death.

Translation : You still don't get it

What sentence would that be? Troll. Even you are not deranged enough to beleive Trump should be executed.

You regurgitate a lot of nonsense and then howl about doing research when you get called on it.

Then why did the Biden DOJ not prosecute him?

You are plainly unable to understand.

So, as usual, you have no idea what you are talking about.

Just another know-nothing leftist regurgitating idiocy.

I understand perfectly, if you are going to accuse someone of a crime, at least have a statute ready

In the UK, a monarchy, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has been arrested for illegal conduct.

In the US, the President has violated the constitution many, many times.

The Foreign Emoluments Clause (Article I, Section 9, Clause 8) prohibits any person holding office from accepting gifts, titles, or emoluments from foreign states without Congressional consent.

No action is taken.

What a contrast!

Please tell us what gift Trump has retained without either purchasing it, or getting the approval of Congress.

The US Department of Justice is facing a federal lawsuit for refusing to release a legal memorandum that reportedly cleared the way for Donald Trump’s acceptance of a $400m luxury aircraft from Qatar’s government.

The Freedom of the Press Foundation, represented by the watchdog group American Oversight, filed the Freedom of Information Act (Foia) lawsuit in Washington DC’s federal district court after the justice department failed to produce the document despite granting expedited processing more than two months ago.

The president’s “deal to take a $400m luxury jet from a foreign government deserves full public scrutiny – not a stiff-arm from the Department of Justice”, American Oversight’s executive director, Chioma Chukwu, said in a press release. “This is precisely the kind of corrupt arrangement that public records laws are designed to expose.”

It's not a "gift" to Trump.

No but from the looks of it another poster believes he should.

I like the way he uses an FOIA request correctly denied to show criminal activity. LOL. Sad

Again, he's just another know-nothing leftist regurgitator.

Why are the left not howling about the billion-plus donations going to the Obama library?

You can bet the million in jewelry the Saudis gifted the Obama's will be hanging in his library.

USA under dictator Trump = lawless country

The only liar here is you, or is it that you are that stupid? No need to answer that question because everyone knows.

But of course we were not surprised that SCOTUS, which was weaponized by Trump, would not rule against him.

Typical know-nothing Trump obsessed leftist cult member's idea of evidence: "everyone knows".

Link please for both the gift and the library where the gift is hanging according to you.

First, are you saying the Saudis did not make give the Obamas any jewelry? And if they did, are you going to apologize?

And you need to read more carefully. I never said it was hanging in a library, I said it will be hanging in the Obama Library (as it should) when it is complete. Right now, I understand it is in the National Archives.

I asked for links to your claims.
