The Dance Music Thread

Featured Replies

Check this one out, Fierce Ruling Diva - Rubb It In. It's 1991, but it's still got all the elements, those crazy Dutch guys may have been on slow on the uptake, but they sure got the hang of it fast. I've got a couple of versions of this one.

Or this one, early 90's again and taking it to another level with great mixing. The main tune is 6 Bells All - Me The Mailman, mixed up with Yo Yo Get Funky - Fast Eddie, I love this man! nice clear sound on it too, it needs ripping.... mmmm.... :D

This track reminds me of the way Chicago House met London in a balanced stream. The acid dancing in this surpasses most vids as the strobes remind you of what it was like at the time....hidden wonders in this record.

Mr Lee - Pump up London

Sorry cannot embed this one. Checkout the user of this one, got a lot of classics in there.....

Cold crush how do I go from, like, Mr Lee to another similar tune, I can't figure it out :o no wonder I'm getting Robski to do my CD

I'm still enjoying this thread - just discovered Derrick May Woo Hoo :o

This is where it begins...where does it stop?

Music is the path to enlightenment, follow the beat of the drums and you will feel the bass in you heart. The high frequencies are angels guiding you on a journey to your own utopia, listen to them carefully as each sound carries a message to provide you with the knowledge.

Website unkonwn one is pished...

and sometimes its not all about acid....we all have feelings...

Bless you all and live in peace! :o

Nice one man, the Kraftwerk vid is off the wall! Enjoyed the tunes, keep diggin' around for 'em.

Hearing Frankie Knuckles 'Tears' always leads me to play this one,

don't know how to embed them, far too tech for me.

Debbie Malone 'Rescue Me' it's speeded up a bit on this vid, but it's a great soulful house classic,

I love it man, sends a chill and takes me back, must be a flashback moment there somewhere :o

And this one, Sterling Void 'It's Alright', well up there with Joe Smooth 'Promised Land' as an all time classic.
