As I correctly reported, Gemini, during the past two weeks, and Gemini as is now available to me, and in this area, is suddenly making many more random errors than it once did.

This has become problematic for anyone doing serious work, such as I.

Therefore, I have been forced to put my serious work on hold, until this crazy anomaly quiets down.

To what can we attribute this sudden but pronounced degradation in the model, as is delivered to me?

My only guess, so far, is a dilution of resources being thrown at it (at least in my area).

I will also report that even in Chrome Search I have seen strange random nonsensical errors that never appeared before.

These are not errors in drawing conclusions or stating facts.

These errors are nonsensical, such as, all of a sudden, listing all the letters in the alphabet, separated by comas, and for no reason whatsoever.

Then, we have these strange nonsense misspellings, such as the typing the word "underfurbished" instead of undernourished. You can tell that the AI is not feeling well, when this happens.

Very unsettling for me to witness, to say the least.

Perhaps, I too, will return to my "hidebound" novel reading.
