This speech goes back to July, 2024. In May, 2024, the ICC chief prosecutor announced he would seek arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Defense Minister Gallant. It's not so much a matter of loving BiBi but supporting his policies and rejecting the ICC. Netanyahu has always been popular with US. politicians because of the years he lived in the U.S.; his thorough understanding of the U.S. system; and his perfect command of English.

Personally, I am of the opinion the US could be the greatest nation on the planet, if it worked toward the goals intended and adjusted with time by real patriots. The concept that every human being is equal under the law (though nature has made inequality the norm in terms of ability), with no one being superior simply by birth or ethnicity, is the most noble philosophy ever established. Giving every human the dignity and right to exist, to speak freely, to practice whatever faith one chooses or chooses not to follow, to protest peacefully...... is perfection, or as close to it as existence allows.

People like Putin, Kim and Trump disagree with that. That want speech and press squelched if they disagree with it, and they think they need not follow the same laws as everyone else. That is why they are evil.
