does anyone know (somethings like a checklist)

what is required to launch a Magazine ? located in thailand.

(no farang shares)

not a newspaper ... just something fo fasion or leisure issues ...

(guess/hope there is no need for a multimedia licenze)

As far as I know you must still obtain a license from the Police. That form must list your editor, printing company, etc, and you must also attach a copy of your magazine masthead. You also need to obtain a barcode, which can only be done once approval has been given. This applies for a fashion or gossip magazine as much as it does for a hard news or political magazine.

I did read recently that the regulations would be changing but up until six weeks ago publishers still had to seek Police approval. I speak from personal experience, and feel free to PM me if you need any more information.
