I will soon be in Nonthaburi to work as a teacher.

Anyone know of any teams in this area? I am looking to play (as long as my knees hold up which is not guaranteed!).

I am also an experienced and well qualified coach. Anyone know of any teams that may be looking for coaches?

I suppose I am asking for information about football in Nonthaburi. I will be new to Thailand so have no idea about the local football scene!

There are no teams with foreigners in Nonthaburi that I am aware of. You may be lucky if you ask around to hook up with a Thai team, although they tend to play one-off friendlies rather than play in organized leagues. There is a pitch at the Ministry of Health pitch, not far from the Mall Ngam Wong Wan in Nonthaburi. Other than that you will struggle to find both teams and pitches.

The most organized football as Jockstar mentioned is the MBMG League which is mostly played on the excellent pitches at Patana School, near Bang Na in SE Bangkok.

Check out the vets as well. They play usually on the first Sunday of each month. There are usually teams looking for players.
