Does anybody know the name of any nice serviced apartment in Soi 33?

A freind told me of a nice place down there for around 2000 baht a nite, but I forgotton the name?

For that price, you might want to consider staying in a hotel like the Grand Mercure Park, which is on soi 22. Check out http://www.agoda.com/ for good internet prices. The Lotus Novotel is also located on suk 33. Both will cost about 2000 baht a nite or less. Also check out http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotels-g293916-...kok-Hotels.html for good recommendations.
