Paragon has a decent art supply section including canvas and easels. But if you go around Silapakorn University there are many shops since this is the Art University and everything is much cheaper and in plentifull supply. Just ask any of these students just inside the campus gate and they will direct you. The school also has a shop but it's quite small.
