Anyone Got A Uob Mortgage?

Featured Replies

Previous threads have given details about UOB Singapore offering up to 70% mortgages for the purchase of condos in Thailand by non-Thais.

I'm interested to know if anyone on this forum has actually obtained such a mortgage, or is it just 'posturing' by UOB?

Thanks

Simon

Reviving old thread for information purposes, just got approved for 90% Thai UOB mortgage on a house (Joint application with Thai wife) but based on my income on a Thai work permit, it seems the main criteria was 5 years of tax payments.
