Getting Onto Vibhavadi-ransit Tollway From Chengwattana Tollway

coming from rangsit I use the chaengwattana tollway and then get onto the vibhavidi rangsit tollway (or uturadit or whatever it is called, anyway it is another elevated one) and get off at the sukumvit exit (near sukumvit 1). BUT i always get confused . I have looked at many maps but they never show exactly where to go. has anyone got a good diagram of the complex system around this area ?
