Does anyone else like me get a better sound quality for an ordinary VOIP call (not video) when switching to a dial up connection rather than using Broadband? The sound problem using Broadband seems to have deteriorated during the past 6 months and I assume this Broadband problem is due to the lack of adequate bandwidth in this country to handle the ever increasing number of people changing to Broadband.

No totally the opposite.. VoIP over dialup hardly / doesnt work.

don't see a difference.

there were problems at the end of last year and beginning of this year after the earthqake near taiwan which broke cables - but since than rather constant, good quality
