The Barclays Premier League is full of characters. There are many dirty players, but here is my list (4-4-2) of players who I think would be in prison if it wasn't for their careers as soccer superstars.

Please list your thugs XIs, bearing on mind that they must be currently playing (no Vinnie Jones or Duncan Ferguson) and from the BPL, so no Gattuso from AC Milan.

It would be helpful to see which team you support, too.
