This is'nt the type of thing i would normally air with people i don't know as it's a matter that is very important to me, Anyway here goes.

My wife was operated on after the birth of her son (8 years ago) and the result of this is she cannot have children, Obviously The main thing we have to do is to go to Rayong hospital and ask if we can reverse this but i was wondering if anybody out there has any expertise or experience in this matter.

Thanks in advance.

usually i would read a post like this & assume you were trolling... but i have decided to give you the benefit of the doubt as you've seemed like a good bloke in the past...

without knowing her medical history or in what way she was operated on, i wouldn't hold out much hope of useful advice from the shower on this board... i mean if she had had an hysterectomy, then you've got no chance of having kids with her... once part or all of the womb has gone, that's it...

get to the hospital & seek proper medical advice.... :o

Thanks Harry,

We've just been to Pattaya international and Bangkok Pattaya hospital and basically we need to go to Bkk to the specialist although i think we will have to go down the artificial insemination route as she only has one ovary and the other one was snipped 10 years ago. :o (thats put you off your dinner has'nt it) :D

Oh well, they say it's quicker by tube :D

All is not lost as my wife had her tubes cut and tied or whatever they do and that lasted about 15 years and she had an operation here in Thailand to reverse it and about 2 years after the op she conceived so quite unbelievable really as I thought it hadn't worked. So an old bugger like me has a son who is 3 now.
