Bangkok at the Ozzie bbq joint in Sukhumvit...if you can get their number they should tell you where to get in CM, they were the ones importing it a few years ago.

It's available in Pattaya (I know not much help), but a suitable substitute is adding a couple a drops of diesel fuel to Bacardi.
