There is nothing sexier than a black girl speaking english with a french accent.

I used to be quite close to a Laoian girl that spoke very soft English with a hint of a French Accent, that was quite 'attractive'.

I found this song, 99 Luftballons, quite romantic when it was translated from native German - the English language version changed the meaning quite a lot (although in some parts more poetic), IMHO.

Finishing on with a Thai connection - I am trying to learn some China Dolls songs, some of them sound romantic, in a Thai "cute" sort of way.

Funny how some accents sound sexy. I once had an Italian girlfriend who lived in Germany - she had the sexiest accent I ever encountered!
