It's in Budleigh Salterton, and there is another road called 'Outer Ting Tong' leading north-west out of town. (outa town)

There's something wrong with this pic. What are the white things? Until I discerned the bears, I thought they were hermit crabs. There are other things of proportionality that don't quite fit, too.

I'm curious.

The white things are seagulls which make the bears look too small but when you consider that there are many species of seagull they may be very large ones.

The first time I went to an English beach I could not believe the size of the seagulls until a couple mugged me for my chips.
