unless you are really serious about it, give 'em to a friend returning home and dispose safely off there, or once in a while strong plastic bag, any container, pour concrete,or resin, sealed for a long time!

But it's the famous drop on a hot stone!

there got to be hundreds and thousands of hazardous items out there....

You can go to Ohm Motorcycles at the Ring Road just opposit the south intersection to Chaweng Beach. It is 500 meters from Bangkok Hospital. I was there today and he took care of old batteries both from my motorbike and cellphone.
