I am looking for a freelance php programmer to write a shopping cart program, I have a decent budget available.

Thai or farrang as long as they can understand a concept from start to finish.

Not a programmer but just a comment on php shopping carts.

I ve tried quite a few different versions including OsCommerce and all modified versions. What a pain , although I am familiar with HTML, simply changing a few details on a page is not easy. I managed to do it in the end. Some versions are user friendly but still not flexible enough for the 1st time user.

There are many free versions out there, I don`t think it is necessary to purchase any of the versions sold for hundreds of dollars.
