Thai Nationals Starting A Business

If my wife wanted to start a business (mainly export). How would she go about registering the company name, all the way thru to paying her taxes. Any help is much appreciated

I guess you want to do it right.

Most Thai nationals start the business and worry about the paperwork later.

If you are not familiar with the processes, it is worth paying someone to hold your hand through the process. I am told it is relatively easy but paid someone else to this until I am more comfortable with the system.

The export licence will be the last thing to do, Raro knows about that stuff, if he does not reply here in a couple of days send him a PM asking about it.
