Hotel Near Hua Lampong Railway Station

Recommended Posts

I'm coming into the Bangkok train station with a bicycle and touring panniers, staying for 1 night and continuing on the train on the following day.

Would greatly appreciate some recommendations for a mid-range hotel/inn near the station? Budget is fine too, as long as it's clean.

I could ride the bike a few kms from the station but not too far. BK traffic makes me nervous :o

Many thanks!

TT Guesthouse, 516 Soi Sawang Tel. (02) 236-2946

On an assumption that you may not know where Soi Sawang is, you can find it on a map at this website:

Sorry seemed to have messed reply.

Ok do it right this time.

I stayed in a hotel called BANGKOK CENTRE HOTEL which is right across from the station.

Do a search on the web and get the necessary info.

I found it clean etc and definitely ok for a one night stay.

Much appreciated, sutnyod. I'll check it out. I'm curious about that whole area since it's so accessible now with the MRT.

Cheers
