1st Thai Driving Licence

I went to the clinic yesterday and got a medical certificate so I can obtain a 1 year driving licence but I may not be able to get to Pattaya this week (where I need to apply for the licence) Does anyone know if the medical certificate expires after any length of time and if so does anyone know how long it lasts. I should be able to get there beginning of next week. Thanks for your help.

Pretty sure all the documents you must provide are good for at least a month, should be no issue.
