Chatuckak Market - Open During Songkran?

Featured Replies

Hi,

Does anyone know if Chatuchak Weekend Market is open on the 13th April, which is a Sunday, but also the first day of Songkran?

Or, if it is open, is it likely to be taken over by water fights? Or could it be the case that it will be open, but only half the stalls are there due to everyone going home for Songkran?

If anyone has any first hand experience from previous years would be good.

Thanks!

The case that it will be open but many stalls closed. Also you're going to get wet getting there and going back to wherever.
