For the subway the major p+r is next to Lat Phrao Station. I think there is also a small parking station at Phetburi subway. Another good place to park if it's only for a few hours would be Tesco Fortune Town, next to Phra Ram 9 subway.

At Morchit/Chatuchak Park there is a large uncovered parking lot but it gets pretty messy when it rains. They're presently laying down some bitumen to make it more accessible.
