Want To Know The Correct Name Of A Hotel In Maesai.

hello all:

i m looking for a hotel in Maesai by the name of "Piyapoon Place" hotel.

my spell may be wrong but it should be sth similar to "piyaboon" or "piyapoon"

i tried to look this up in google but can't find anything.

when i search hotel in maesai i can only find wang tong hotel...

can anyone help? cheers

It's quite usual for that name to be transcribed as "piyaporn" instead. Try googling on that.

Stayed there last time I was in Mae Sai. On the main street headed toward the border crossing (about a klick and a half from the bridge, I'd guesstimate). Pretty much the newest hotel in town. Had a room on the back side looking towards the hills, overlooking the hotel car park (could look down and see if my motorsai was still there ).

A rather sterile modern vibe, but nonetheless a very clean comfortable well run operation. I'd recommend it if you're not on a tight budget, and are only staying for a night or so.
