There is an address - and a building - but no mention of Loei on the Lotus Tesco web site as 'open'.

Bangkok Bank amongst others was due to open there - but the "opening" seems problematic. Local politics. Been going on for quite a while.

Other threads here on the topic.

Don't think it will happen in my lifetime ........ more chance of peace in the Middle East than in Loei.
