Change Company Location

I opened March 2006 a Co., Ltd in Bangkok, address in Bangkok as well, January 2007 I moved to Prachinburi province and change all necessary documents as well for the company, now I need to consider to change the location again, perhaps only some 100 meters away from the current address, because the of not happy with the building and the rent increased as well.

Has anybody an idea or experience, if it can cause problems because of to many times changed the address?

I changed my company address a couple of times in the past, not a problem at all - apart from the hassle. You have to inform all vendors that your business address has changed and also about the effective date. Otherwise, revenue department might not honour bills made on the wrong date to the wrong address. Also work permit must be updated, which shouldn't be a problem as you remain in the same province. Other than that, I cannot see any problems
