Try Bophut,a couple of doors up from 7/11 before you go through the village gates.

I got mine from the same place as Rooo mentions good price and designs

Don't know if he's still there but from lamai head towards nathon and just after the family mart / turning for hin ta hin yai on the right is Noi's Bar. He is an artist in the day and in the night he has a blues bar next door. Lovely lovely fella. And a good artist to boot.

Depending on the individuality of the painting.I have paid similar & more in BKK for paintings.If it's just a copy & you can see similar everywgere you go, I wouldn't pay that.On the other hand if they are one offs & good quality & you are happy with it get it.Remember you will be looking at it for a long time.
