30 Days Extension

A little help would be appreciated, I plan to arrive in Thailand with a multiple o visa, my first stay on this should be only 90 days but I need 116 days, do I have to do a visa run or will immigration be kind and give me a 30 day extension.

I will be staying in Pattaya if this makes any difference.

Unlikely unless you have very good reason (as in hospital) - I would plan a trip sometime within the first 90 days myself.
