Sure wish I could make it but still waiting for parts for my 900 Kawasaki Eliminator. More parts coming in next month and even the month after. Turning out to be a real project just to get the parts for this bike but everything should be done by early next year. What are you riding up there? Have fun and post some pics.

I knew that phrase would get me in trouble, let me explain.

riding a Harley for 4500kms gives you a sore arse.

As does having a boyfriend Dave. And I thought you were straight. :o

BF = Blues Factory :D

I am planning it now, BF in chiang mai, (just arrived back from KL), :D

I'm waiting for my arse to grow back :o

Sounded like

"Boyfriends in chiangmai, I'm waiting for a new ass to grow after last time"

Real distracting dave :D

I would love to go, but I am stuck in Vietnam until Christmas. Missed most of Burapha this year too, my daughter chose to be born on the 14th!!

Just arrived back from Chiang Mai bike week, Lots of aches and pains so i'll be resting from bikes for a week or so.

The event was in a great location with good facilities BUT it was a complete failure IMHO,

full stage = NO BAND (i was going to take Lam with me, wish i had now :D ),

1000 bht to get in = too expensive for some bike lovers for a one day show.

However its a lovely place and I will return.

A question though- :o

What is it with the drivers there?.. ******* terrible and dangerous including the backpackers on their hired honda waves. :D and as for the red baht bus drivers, well they are worse than Pattaya, I was forced to verbally abuse one after he pulled in front of me and stopped for a passenger nearly causing me to put 750000bht's worth of bike onto the floor and more importantly risking the safety of my wife who was on the back. :D (My mate behind following on a phantom crashed and fell off because of the prick.

As for the Red Baht buses, at least they are blissfully unaware of there short comings as drivers.The wife gave one a tune up a few weeks ago and the quizzical look on his face was priceless. I couldn't stop laughing. :D
